We are now looking for a Mobile Service Technician in Örebro and surrounding areas. Our mobile service technicians are unique in the industry, driving specially equipped vehicles to our customers' locations to meet their needs and ensure first-class service.

Responsibilities:

  • Service, repair, and improve: By working with Tesla's specific software and advanced tools, you will independently service our customers' vehicles.
  • Ensure the highest quality: Repairing correctly the first time is crucial, and you will inspect our vehicles thoroughly and to the highest quality standards before returning them.
  • Collaborate: Work with various teams and departments (locally and regionally) to support and share best practices to improve the service experience for all our customers.
  • Develop: We will do everything we can to create the right conditions for you to succeed by training you in Tesla-specific technology and electric vehicle repairs.
  • Support the entire service process as needed by the business to facilitate their core tasks, with activities such as parts management, scheduling, etc.
  • Customer contact: Take ownership of all customer interactions. You will need to perform basic repairs, educate customers on technical information, and general vehicle usage.

Qualifications:

  • Technically experienced: You have professional experience in performing service and repairs from either the automotive, aviation, marine industry, or similar.
  • A skilled communicator: You write and speak English and Swedish, and know how to get things done through respectful and clear communication.
  • A safe driver: We require that you hold a valid driver's license (B category).
  • A flexible team player: You enjoy collaborating with different types of people and are ready to work shifts to assist your team as needed.
